Keto Cookie Dough Cups

Probably I love cookie dough as much as I love Franky, my bull terrier, I have always been a dog lover. Since I have memory a dog has always been present in my life. Franky was actually a kind gift from my dad's friend, and if I'm being honest we were not planning on keeping him because we already have two dogs. Three sounds like a multitude! Specially because Franky is very mischievous!

Why am I telling you the story of Franky? Just because he is right here next to me as I'm writing down this blogpost.

The other day I was thinking about a creating way to use this cookie dough (which BTW taste amazing, best one I ever had, hands down!) As much as I love eating it my the spoonful I wanted to take it to a whole new level. My brilliant idea? COOKIE DOUGH CUPS, and they are seriously amazing!

I thought that doing stuffed cups were hard to make, and actually they were super super simple! And you know I love simple recipes so here you've got! Plus this recipe is keto friendly for and vegan, the cookie dough that I used is made from natural ingredients and 1gr of sugar per serving (the one that the container says).

NOTE: please don't forget to add the sea salt on top, it makes it even more magical!

Males 12 cups

  1. In a bowl mix the melted coconut oil, cacao and monk fruit.

  2. In another bowl heat in the microwave 20 seconds the cookie dough with the almond milk

  3. In regular muffin cups pour 1 Tbsp of the coconut oil mix. Then 1 Tbsp of the cookie dough mix. Use the rest of the coconut oil mix to top your cups.

  4. Top with sea salt. And freeze.

  5. Enjoy!
