But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the bananas, laughing cow and cinnamon, and also, Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free White Country Bread.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat banana sandwiches another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you. I have been trying to increase some healthy fats and this is a great breakfast and even dessert, I have been enjoying if as my post-workout too.


The granola butter with the laughing cow is magical, and the addition of the cinnamon in here takes it to another level, hard to pass this recipe... and a great companion to a creamy latte! You'll love these!

Cheesecake Granola Butter Sandwich

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free White Country Bread

  • 1/4 sliced banana

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of granola butter

  • 1 piece of the laughing cow cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread the laughing cow cheese on top of one of the slices of bread.

  2. Top with cinnamon, add sliced bananas and granola butter.

  3. Top with the other half of bread and air fry 3 minutes (per side) at 385F.
