Chocolate Fudge Snickerdoodle Popsicles (Keto & Gluten Free)

Growing up I went through cereal phases, I hold onto the same cereal for months... and months! Right now I think I'm in a popsicle phase, but for that I blame the season and the fact that they are so fun to make and perfect for the season!

Here's the thing. Popsicles are just epic, you can just throw all the ingredients you want and create a masterpiece. No science needed in popsicles... just throw, blend and freeze. That's why I also love them! These popsicles are a true masterpiece that your taste buds will adore!

About these Chocolate Fudge Snickerdoodle Popsicles:

These are just a chocolate dream! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just adding some keto snickerdoodle cookies that I got from Super Fat (PURELYHL for discount)

To add that extra snickerdoodle factor of this recipe I also included some of the Evolved Snickerdoodle Keto Chocolate, such a game changer! And it really brings up that extra taste of cinnamon... a nice one!

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Marigold Rich Chocolate Whey Isolate, their ingredients are always gre best and the taste is always delicious too, this chocolate whey is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent chocolate milk shake (keto and gluten free!).

Cookies and chocolate, the crunch factor! To take these popsicles to the next level I simply made a thin layer of nut milk with the cookies and the chocolate that I mentioned earlier... this is mostly to make them look prettier and to have difference layers on these popsicles, one all about the snickerdoodles with chocolate and the other one all about the chocolate.

For the top layer I used the chocolate bar along with some of the keto cookies and for the chocolate layer I added 4 scoops of the rich chocolate whey to make them extra fudgy and chocolatey and some of the keto cookies to make the mix extra thick.

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these Chocolate Fudge Snickerdoodle Popsicles:

So we've got our protein, our crunch factor all in this simply and wholesome recipe! As a foodie and nutritionist I believe that the quality of the ingredients can make the difference in our health and also make healthy food more sustainable.

In here we are using products that stick to whole some and nothing artificial... plus no inflammatory ingredients.

Super nutrient dense! And we are not including sugars, syrups, wheat and instead grass-fed whey, keto cookies made with whole some and non-artificial ingredients, chocolate made with real food. These are just LEGIT AND DELICIOUS.
