Creamy Hummus Broccoli Salad

Serves 2-4 servings


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Fresh Craving - Classic Hummus

  • 1/3 cup of nut milk

  • 2 cups of steamed broccoli

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds


Method

  1. Mix the hummus well the hummus with the nut milk.

  2. Pour over the broccoli.

  3. Top with cherry tomatoes, everything bagel seasoning and pumpkin seeds.

  4. Enjoy!
