4 wild-caught salmon fillets, skin removed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup unflavored whey protein or flour
½ cup egg whites
½ cup Sourdough Panko breadcrumbs
Ginger Cilantro Slaw
1 cup shredded cabbage
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup Greek yogurt (whole milk)
For Serving
Tortillas
Lime
Dried Green Onion Flakes
Red Pepper Flakes
Pepper Exchange Jalapeño Lime Peach Sauce
Instructions
Carefully peel the salmon skin and cut into bite-sized cubes.
Set up three bowls: one with whey protein, another with egg whites, and a third with panko breadcrumbs.
