Ingredients

  • 2 large Panaji naan breads

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced

  • 2 jalapeño, sliced

  • 4 slices of prosciutto

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 tbsp peach juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Garnish:

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Hot honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Roast the peach slices and jalapeños in the air fryer at 380°F for 10 minutes.

  3. Mix the pizza sauce, peach juice, garlic powder, and onion powder; spread evenly over the naan.

  4. Top with shredded mozzarella, prosciutto, and the roasted peach and jalapeños.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
