Ingredients
4 ahi tunas, cubed
6 limes, juiced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Pepper Exchange Jalapeño Lime Peach Sauce
6-8 baked tostadas
Garnishes:
Fresh cilantro
Sliced jalapeños
Red pepper flakes
Shredded red cabbage
Chipotle avocado mayo
Instructions
Finely chop cilantro and onion; set aside.
Cube the ahi tuna, place in a bowl, squeeze over lime juice, add salt, with chopped onion, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
