June 17, 2018

There's something about chocolate that never fails, it has great taste and it's a superfood! Packed with antioxidants and it boost our energy by it's compound theobromine, and let's not forget that it also increases our level of serotonin, the hormone that makes us feel happy. Besides this addition of cacao I added some adaptogens, this have the capacity to help our bodies regulate or heal them by boosting chemicals in our body.

Along with the ingredients I used in this recipe I included Your Superfoods Chocolate Lover which has:
Lucuma: Increases a protein that carries oxygen to the cell called hemoglobin.

Carob: Source of antioxidants, fiber, calcium, vitamin A, B2, B3, B6, copper, zinc, selenium,
manganese, potassium, and magnesium.

The other superfood was from Wild Foods Cocotropix Mix:

Cacao: Antioxidante and boots energy.

Chaga: Gets you in a better mood and has an anti inflammatory property.

Maca: Supports overall health, boosts stamina, and libido specially in men.

Turmeric: Has a great anti inflammatory power.

Reishi: Reduces stress, promotes relaxation.
