Easiest Way to Fight Oxidative Stress

Did you know that your body is constantly repairing itself? Every night the cells in your body work on fixing any damage, weather they are fighting a stranger (bad bacteria or viruses), repairing your muscles from that killer workout and recharging minerals from your bones so you can be strong and capable of so many things. 

 

As  I was taking my exam the other day I noticed in all the silence that a lot of people were having issues with allergies, YIKES! There's nothing worse that having that problem when you are super busy living your life, studying, working and savoring your food. 

 

 

 

I don't want to deal with this allergic reaction, I want to enjoy life please! So the best way of preventing this issues in my humble opinion come from natural sources. Our bodies absorb and work better with food based nutrition, no lab-made vitamin and minerals, we are incredible and very intelligent as a human race but we have to admit that Mother Natures has her secrets and she won't share them with us.

 

Nowadays we live in a busy era where a lot of our foods have added chemicals to make them look better and last longer, and we are loosing the idea that food fuels our body in so many ways. Stress, harmful chemicals and a polluted environment affect our bodies, thankfully he have the power to choose wisely and reduce the damage. A weak immune system (the one that fights all dangers from the outside) can cause a lot of issues, such as allergies, the flu, coughs, an in the long run more serious issues.

 

 

 

The best part of supporting your body naturally is that is has so much less side effects that using the conventional approach (pharmaceuticals), and I'm not trying to throw shade to conventional medicine! It as its place and moment. I'm just saying that we have this huge advantage, to prevent health complications by using food.

 

Our bodies are exposed to stress constantly, causing an increase of free radicals. Our bodies need a balance between free radicals and antioxidants and what a best way to prevent any health condition with antioxidants. Vegetables and fruits are part of my diet and they have antioxidants, but sometimes cooking reduces their benefits and, hello! I love roasted veggies!
