INGREDIENTS (Serves 12)
- 3/4 cup of Nuzest chocolate vegan protein powder or coconut flour
- 3/4 (105g) of Bhu Foods keto/vegan cookie dough
- 1 Tbsp of cacao powder
- 1/3 cup of monk fruit
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of water or almond milk
In a mixing bowl add the protein powder, cinnamon, monk fruit and cacao powder and mix.
Add the water into a the bowl and mix until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour the mix in 12 muffin cups.
Top each portion with the cookie dough. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
