Gyro Cauliflower Steak (Paleo, Vegan, Keto)

Here's a fact, cauliflower is probably the most versatile vegetable EVER. Pizza crust, bread, cauliflower rice, cauliflower mash? Well, you get the idea. The options are endless, this is why I love cauliflower so much.

Another cool fact about cauliflower is that it's a cruciferous, these are known to contain high levels of sulfur. This characteristic is known to prevent and improve liver function and,  considering that our liver is a busy guy doing over 300 processes we can be sure that getting some cauliflower in our diet can be good for us.

This is a super duper easy recipe that will go perfect for any situation; breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner. Just prepare these for your next hosting event no matter if you've got some friends who follow any of these lifestyles:

-Vegan

- Keto

- Paleo

- Whole 30

This recipe fits any taste and lifestyle. And the best thing is that it won't take a lot of your time, you'll get more time for the things you also enjoy, maybe reading a book, going shopping, working out, etc.

I had these Gyro Cauliflower Steaks as a side of chicken and eggs, even alone and they were delicious. That special Italian touch just makes anything tastier and in this case it was no different.

Don't forget to add some lemon! It makes them softer and increases flavor and aroma. Grab your essentials and take a simple cauliflower to the next level!

If you want to try more recipes featuring vegetables recipes I've got in my blog as well! They are also super simple and truly delicious, help your body in a delicious way.
