So the latest trend has been definetely Dalgona Coffee and TikTok. I already joined both and I can confirm the hype, the other night I spent a whole hour watching TikTok videos nonstop, but everything happened with that dagona coffee hype when I started to see it all over the gram.
I decided to finally give it a try since it looked super easy to make. But you know me and I know that you are the same as me since you clicked this link... we love stepping up the game! So I decided to make my version.
This version is keto friendly and vegan friendly. A delicious mixture of Hazelnut Coffee Creamer and a hint of cacao tea. This was epic! a great way to step up the game of the plain almond milk I used the first time I made it.
It's super super easy to make! I used a milk frother but you can use a manual mixer or even manual. But I find that my milk frother makes the process so easy and quick.
Here's my recomendations:
- Use a milk frother
- Use monk fruit
- Use your favorite instant coffee
Since I'm a huge coffee lover I had to give this recipe a try and to be COMPLETELY honest I don't like lattes as much as I love dark coffee. 99.99% of the times I drink my coffee with creamers or with any type of milk.
In this case, the first time I tried it I felt in love with the foam, just the foam and I found that the milk was just "meeeh" so if that's also your case when take me tip!

Chocolate Hazelnut Dalgona Coffee

- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of Keto Coffee Creamer - Hazelnut
- 1/4 cup of cacao tea
- 2 tbsp of instant coffee
- 1 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
- 2 tbsp of hot water
1. In a glass mix the almond milk with coffee creamer and cacao tea.
2. In another bowl add instant coffee, monk fruit and hot water.
3. Mix the ingredients on the bowl of the last step with a milk frother for a 1-2 minutes.
4. Top the almond milk mix with the coffee foam and enjoy!
