You only need your chopping board and skewers, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession marinated sirloin steaks, potatoes (can't get enough) and black truffle sauce.

We are showing some love to all my grilling and beef enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the black truffle sauce, jalapeños and ranch seasoning and also, sirloin steaks.

Key Ingredients:

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some red onions, and colorful bell peppers for the pretty pop of color and flavor, and to make it even healthier we are using some roasted jalapeños, ranch seasoning, and of course some of these fantastic Adaptable sirloin steaks. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!

You won't see skewers another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little skewers, also ready to enjoy for dinner of lunch.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some sirloin steaks, jalapeños, ranch seasoning, and of course, black truffle sauce to season the vegetables before grilling or baking this delicious and healthier recipe for your family.

Feel free to use your favorite beef cut, but you I highly recommend using Adaptable Meals Bourbon Sirloin Steaks for extra flavor, they are already marinated so that's just great!

Black Truffle Potato and Sirloin Skewers

Serves 4 serving

Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin steaks (used Bourbon from Adaptables)

  • 3 smalls potatoes

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 jalapeños

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp of ranch seasoning

  • 2 tsp of black truffle sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven or grill at 350F.

  2. Wash the vegetables and cut them into 1x1 inch pieces.

  3. Add the seasonings and sauce.

  4. Cut the steaks into 1x1 inch pieces.

  5. Stack one ingredient at the time in your skewers.

  6. Grill or bake for 35 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
