You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye buns and some laughing cow cheese, of course.

About these Brûléed Brioche Buns:

We are showing some love to all my gluten-free and brûlée enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the laughing cow cheese and a touch of whipping cream to add volume and a nice touch along with a creamy custard filling.

Key Ingredients:

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some whipping cream and lauging cow cheese, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, some yogurt and of course some of these fantastic Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye buns. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!

You won't see sweet buns another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little buns, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some whipping cream, laughing cow cheese, and to keep things sweet some RxSugar alullose, and for the buns I have been loving these Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye buns. The perfect texture for the custard filling.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat sweet rolls another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you since these are lower in sugar, made with organic ingredients.

The custard filling with the toasted bun after air frying it (you can also bake it) it makes these even better and more magical... and a great companion to a creamy latte! You'll love these!

Brûléed Brioche Buns

Serves 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese

  • 2 tbsp of organic whipping cream

  • 4 tbsp of RxSugar alullose

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye Bun

  • Granulated Brown Monk Fruit (for topping)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the whipping cream with alullose, vanilla and cheese.

  3. Cut a whole on the bun and stuff it with the cheese mix.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Add some granulated brown monk fruit on top and brûlée with a kitchen torch.
