But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the a low sugar chocolate chips, sugar-free banana pudding, and also, my easy recipe of red velvet cupcakes.

Healthy Magnolia Red Velvet Banana Pudding

Serves 1 serving

Ingredients

Red Velvet Cakes

  • 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 tbsp of greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of almond milk

  • 4 packs of stevia

  • 1 tsp of natural red food coloring

Banana Pudding

  • 1 pack Simply Delish Banana Instant Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Parfait

  • 1 piece of laughing cow cheese

  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 1 sliced banana

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the cupcakes, bake in two silicone baking molds for 16 minutes.

  3. Beat all the ingredients for the pudding.

  4. Add part of the pudding, add a layer of banana and crumbled red velvet cupcakes and bananas.

  5. Repeat and top with chocolate chips and bananas, enjoy!
