Ingredients
For the Pancakes:
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup organic sour cream
2 organic eggs
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
2 tablespoons St. Dalfour Macerated Apple & Cinnamon Fruit Spread
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Icing:
2 tablespoons St. Dalfour Apple & Cinnamon Fruit Spread
1 cup powdered monk fruit
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
