About these White Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Fudge Bars:

We are showing some love to all my peppermint lovers... so underrated sometimes! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein that I will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!

This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!

Key Ingredients:

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein, the ingredients are simple, low carb, vegan and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.

Cookies, peppermint and white chocolate, the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

The base of these protein fudge bars:

The base is made with simple ingredients, Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein, greek yogurt for those probiotics, some keto cookies and white chocolate peppermint coffee. This combination keep things fluffy, low carb, gluten free and flavorful. Have you adding pea protein to your greek yogurt? Makes it extra thick! This is a sign you need to try it!
