Nothing screams childhood than chocolate covered marshmallows, but in this occasion we are covering them in dark chocolate along with come Biscoff cookies. Super fluffy and with a great combination of flavors, made with healthier ingredients (low sugar and gluten-free) and not to mention they are so delicious and easy to make, you are going to love this recipe!

These are my iconic Biscoff Chocolate Covered Marshmallows, made with the best and simplest ingredients, no need to complications or a lot of messy dishes to create this recipe and to enjoy a healthy meal!

About these Biscoff Chocolate Covered Marshmallows:

This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Choc Zero Marshmallows with no sugar as my secret ingredient that will make this recipe so crunchy and extra flavorful with that touch of biscoff cookies... hard to say no to this one!

This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since we are also using low sugar dark chocolate, some alullose as our sweetener replacement.

Nutrient dense and flavorful dark chocolate and marshmallows for the win! The key to have a sustainable healthy life is to preach balance and to also choose better ingredients when you are cooking or baking at home... the ingredients here are a some of the staples that I usually have in my own kitchen.

I simply used sugar-free marshmallows, crushed biscoff cookies and dark chocolate that's also low in sugar... the perfect snack to make in less than 10 minutes.

Biscoff Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Sugar-Free Marshmallows (used ChocZero)

  • 4-6 Crushed Biscoff Cookies

  • 1 low sugar dark chocolate bar (used Gatsby)
     

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate carefully.

  2. Cover the marshmallows with the chocolate and cookies.

  3. Freeze for a few minutes and enjoy!
