About these Birthday Cake Fudge Bars:
For this recipe I used some coconut butter, of course, cereal to get that delicious crunch , dairy free and keto friendly chocolate, peppermint chocolate chips to add a little bit of extra color and some strawberries to add the nutrient density and add more color.
These are a great snack and very satisfying since I also used protein powder to add a bit of more density without using any flour. These are also low carb and gluten free!
The combination of healthy fats and protein here is just the perfect combination for steady glucose levels! From the fats from the coconut butter and chocolate here along with the protein this is just a great snack, plus includes some antioxidants too.
These are super fun, not only to look at but to also make; they are super easy to make. Only mix, pour, top and freeze. These are just a fail proof and the flavor is INSANE!
Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these Birthday Cake Fudge Bars:
Almond milk or water
These ingredients are for the base of these bars. The coconut butter here adds nutrient density, thickness and amazing flavor. You can also use coconut oil if you prefer it too. The cereal is also a must! Since we are focusing on Birthday Cake I'm also using Magic Spoon Keto friendly and gluten free cereal... discount code above!
Peppermint chocolate chips
Jojo's keto chocolate bar (PURELYHL for discount)
Now, the toppings! One of the best parts and essential for this easy and colorful recipe. I included different colors and textures to make it fun and take it to the next level; from peppermint chocolate chips to strawberries and more cereal!
The crunch and flavor is just perfect! Epic combo with that strawberry and coconut butter. It's insane, in the good way.
The ingredients as you see they are super simple and basic. I find that using protein powder in cookies or any baked good is just a game changer! For this recipe I used this vanilla plant based and low carb protein powder, Nuzest!
For the chocolate I'm using Jojo's, my favorite one to bake, freeze or melt! It's keto friendly and all of my family really enjoys it... I even send some bags to my sister in Mexico City since she is also hooked by this healthy chocolate.
