  • Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, washed and dried

    Filling:

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 packet Simply Delish Vanilla Sugar-Free Pudding mix

  • 2/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into small pieces

    Toppings:

  • 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate, melted (see notes)

  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles or crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Core and slice apples into approximately 1/4" rounds. Insert popsicle or craft sticks through the bottom of each slice for handles. Pat slices dry.

  2. Combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein, pudding mix, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries in a bowl; mix until a thick, scoopable filling forms. Adjust texture with a teaspoon of yogurt if needed.

  3. Press a small scoop of filling onto each apple slice, smoothing to cover the surface evenly.

  4. Melt sugar-free white chocolate in 20–30 second microwave intervals, stirring between, or use a double boiler; add 1 tsp coconut oil if needed for smoother melting.
