This recipe overall is creamy, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic Eggnog from Kalona SuperNatural and Simply Delish, (PURELYHL for discount) as my secret ingredients that will make this recipe so moist and extra moist... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year, although it's perfect for this holiday season! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.



Flavorful pie and nourishing eggnog gluten-free and creamy pie for the win! The key to have a sustainable healthy life is to preach balance and to also choose better ingredients when you are cooking or baking at home... the ingredients here are a some of the staples that I usually have in my own kitchen.



This recipe was something that I wanted to try for a while now because seeing all the amazing recipes made with eggnog... and of course, along some whipped cream, a great healthy dessert for this holiday season!

Gluten Free Eggnog Creamy Pie

Ingredients

Base

  • 3/4 cup of almond flour

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of egg whites

Filling

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whipped Cream

  • tsp of sugar free christmas sprinkles (found at Etsy)


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and press the dough into a small baking dish. Create some pie edges with your fingers, bake for 15-18 minutes

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and pour over the pie base.

  4. Whip the whipping cream and using a whipping cream dispenser top the eggnog pie.

  5. Add the sprinkles and enjoy!
