Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Bread Pudding

Serves 4-6 servings


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Whole Wheat Wide Slice

  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup granulated monk fruit


Toppings

  • 2 tbsp of Prozis white Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of pecans

  • 2 tbsp of chopped hazelnuts

  • 1 sliced banana

  • 1/4 cup of cranberries

Method

  1. Mix the almond milk, granulated monk fruit, vanilla, maple syrup, pumpkin puree and cacao powder in a bowl.

  2. Add the slices of bread cut into cubes. Mix well.

  3. Pour into a dish and add your toppings.
