The Easiest Low Carb Chocolate Donuts

Updated: Mar 28, 2021

I have to confess something to you... this recipe has been nonstop for a month now. These donuts are super easy and super delish that I have been eating to fo them each day as my afternoon sweet treat and probably so will you if you try them!

First of all, who doesn't love donuts? And who doesn't love chocolate? This is just the perfect combination and I have to tell you that a donut baking dish is a true investment! I love the one I got from Amazon. You can go crazy with the donut recipes!

Here are some of my other donut recipes that you might love!

Cinnamon Bun Donuts

This recipe is:

- Super easy

- Minimal list of ingredients

- Low carb

- Gluten free

- Fail proof

- Easy to memorize

These are also super easy to store, I kept them in the freezer and heat them up a little bit before eating them. Also here's a pro tip: put them into your air fryer a couple of minutes! A game changer!

The base of these donuts is pea protein so they are loaded with protein (8.9g per donut), and fiber from the coconut flour so they are the perfect treat for anyone into the low carb or keto lifestyle approach.

If you are looking for a sweet treat, and a low carb one... then these donuts are a great option! You'll notice from the ingredients and method that these will fit any busy schedule.

Note: You can substitute pea protein for any other vegan protein or coconut flour since both options absorb a lot of water.
