Piri Piri Parmesan Chicken Burger

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast

  • 2 scoops of unflavored whey protein

  • 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp of seasoned salt

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

Burgers

  • Pepper Exchange Piri Piri Sauce

  • 4 tbsp of paleo mayonnaise

  • 4 sliced Wisconsin cheese

  • 4 slices of low carb burger buns

Instructions

  1. Mix the whey protein (can use gluten-free flour), parmesan cheese and salt.

  2. Cover each chicken breast in the egg whites then cover in the parmesan/whey protein mix.

  3. Place in your air fryer and cook for 22 minutes at 355F.

  4. Spread mayonnaise over the pieces of burger buns, top with lettuce, cooked chicken, cheese, sun dried tomatoes and piri piri sauce and other piece of bread.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
