Cherry Cheesecake Snack Cake

Serves 6 slices

Ingredients

Cake

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup of cherries

  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened coconut

  • 3 tbsp of vegan cream cheese
     

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the bread and place the batter into a silicone loaf dish.

  3. Add your toppings.

  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down and slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
