Cookie Dough Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup of Happy Way Caramel Protein (happymaria for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Mix ins

  • 1/4 cup of crushed freeze dried strawberries

  • 2 tbsp of dark chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
     

Instructions.

  1. Blend all the ingredients except for the mix ins.

  2. Once blended, add the mix ins and stir.

  3. Serve in a jar and enjoy!
