Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely tasty is just amazing, the chocolate grain free granola with the mango and coconut here makes it a combo that it's just so irresistible, plus it's so easy to make!
Soft, chewy and with amazing texture thanks to the granola. I actually serve mine soaked in almond milk and it turned out being extremely delicious... you should try it that way too.
You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the recipe with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Banana Sundae Yogurt Crunch Bars

Serves 12 servings
Ingredients
1 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking soda
⅓ cup of stevia
1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of mango
1 tsp of vanilla extract
4 tbsp of shredded coconut
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl but leave some mangoes, coconut and granola for topping.
Place the batter in a silicone baking loaf dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
