For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as this grain free Chocolate Granola, shredded coconut and. A great protein and high fiber snack to fuel your body. Delicious, low carb friendly and gluten free sundae banana greek yogurt protein bars!

We are showing some love to all my mango and bread fans... a classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a personal touch, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Rawcology Chocolate Grain-Free Granola to add that crunchyness and a volume factor that while keeping things low carb and delicious!


This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!

Adding some gluten free and low carb grain free granola from my faves. I have been also obsessed with Rawcology Chocolate Grain-Free Granola, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.



A fluffy low carb chocolate bread with some chocolate grain free granola and mango... the dream team! This is simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the fiber flour we are using.

The base is made with simple ingredients; coconut flour, egg whites and some Rawcology Chocolate Grain-Free Granola for that crunch mango, and of course, some coconut, so we've got all the flavors here.

The end result

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely tasty is just amazing, the chocolate grain free granola with the mango and coconut here makes it a combo that it's just so irresistible, plus it's so easy to make!


Soft, chewy and with amazing texture thanks to the granola. I actually serve mine soaked in almond milk and it turned out being extremely delicious... you should try it that way too.



You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the recipe with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Pro tip: Slice this bread and freeze it to have a healthy snack ready to enjoy!

Banana Sundae Yogurt Crunch Bars

Serves 12 servings


Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl but leave some mangoes, coconut and granola for topping.

  3. Place the batter in a silicone baking loaf dish.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
