No matter the season, chocolate chip cookies and pies are always a yes in my book! But these delicious no bake dessert with all my faves AKA keto chocolate chips, greek yogurt and sugar free vanilla instant pudding is EPIC! This recipe is also gluten free and extremely easy to make and of course, using all the best ingredients such as Super Fats Chocolate Chip Keto Cookies .


No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter Pie! One of the best parts of this recipe is the no bake part... so basically is just mix, pour and refrigerate type of method, extremely easy! But this pie are just the perfect dessert or snack without all those tons of sugars our bodies don't need.

Chocolate Chip Cookies, Macadamia and Almond Butter with some Vanilla Pudding! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just adding some greek yogurt, all in a high protein, low carb pie crust.

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients for the base very well and pour into a square baking dish.

  2. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour over the base.

  4. Add the rest of the toppings.

  5. Cut and enjoy or freeze overnight.
