1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 cup organic cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons organic cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
Toppings: chopped dill pickles, green onion flakes, red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Cook the purple sweet potato fries in your air fryer at 385°F for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through for an even crisp.
Make the queso by blending milk, cornstarch, cheddar, cream cheese, and seasonings, then microwave for 1.5 minutes until smooth and warm.
Arrange the cooked fries in a bowl, pour the warm queso on top.
Garnish with chopped pickles, green onion flakes, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
