Vegan Jalapeño Popper Super Fries

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Actual Veggies Super Fries in Sweet Potato

  • 1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)

  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp of dried onion flakes

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of taco seasoning


Garnish

  • 1/4 cup of chopped roasted jalapeños

  • 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro

  • Red Pepper Flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 425F.

  2. Bake the fries in a baking tray for 13-14 minutes.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the cheese sauce.

  4. Place the baked fries in a bowl and top with sauce.

  5. Add your toppings and enjoy!
