Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) short pasta
4 oz (115 g) True Story diced Uncured Pancetta
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup basil pesto
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a pot, cook the short pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
