Summer Pizza Garlic Pasta Salad

Serves 5
Ingredients
2 cups of pasta
1 tsp of sea salt
3 cups of water
Cream
¾ cup whole milk greek yogurt
3 tbsp of pepperoncini pepper juice
2 tbsp of ground mustard
1 tbsp of pizza seasoning
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
Salad
1 pack of Sonoma Cheese in Garlic Jack
4 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 cup of chopped pepperoni
1 1/2 cups of sliced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of peas
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
Toppings
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Cook the pasta in boiling water with the salt. Drain the pasta after it is cooked.
Wash and chop the tomatoes, red onion and bell pepper.
Chop the bacon and cut the cheese in cubes.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the cream.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve on a plate and top with red pepper flakes.
