Ingredients

  • 1/2 7oz bag of Crisp Power Pretzels in Flamin Crunch

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 2/3 cup of cooked chorizo

  • 1 cup of enchilada red sauce

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

  • 1 cup of Monterey cheese

• 1/4 cup of cotija cheese


Instructions

  1. In a skillet heat the sauce. Once boiling cover the pretzels in the sauce, without completely soaking, just lightly covered. Set aside.

  2. Cook the chorizo and eggs with salt.

  3. Serve in a plate with cheeses, cooked chorizo, eggs, cilantro and onion. Enjoy!
