Beef Birria Breakfast Casserole

Serves 4-6


Ingredients

  • 3 hash browns

  • 2 packages of Old Hacienda Beef Birria

  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese

  • 2/3 cup of shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 2 tbsp of chicken bouillon

  • 5 whole eggs

  • 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro

Serving

  • Chopped Cilantro

• Red Pepper Flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. In a bowl heat for 1 minute the beef barrio. 2 minutes if you are heating both packs.

  3. Mix the eggs with milk, cilantro and chicken bouillon.

  4. Place the egg mix in a baking dish, top with the hash browns, beef barrio and cheese.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes.

• 6. Top with cilantro & red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
