Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bread (Keto & Gluten Free)

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a great week so far with all the beginning of fall, which includes apple season. Nothing beats a good crispy apple, but better than that a good apple cinnamon bread, with cream cheese.

The other day my mom received some apples... like A LOT of apples and what better way to use them than in recipes with a food dose of fall vibes. In today's case I wanted to bake something warm and cozy.

The ingredients here are super simple and the combination of apples and cinnamon are just great! So aromatic and heart warming. Plus I decided to a little fun twist with some cream cheese filling and WOW! A total success.

This is a picky eaters approved recipes!

My dad is such a picky eater, specially when it comes to healthy food. But I'm telling you that when my dad approved a recipe it means it is good! That's my main goal here, to create a fun and healthy recipe without you noticing how healthy it is.

Easy, clean ingredients:

  • Almond flour

  • Coconut flour

  • Granulated monk fruit (PURELYHL for discount)

  • Eggs

  • Ghee

  • Apples

  • Cinnamon

  • All spices

  • Cream cheese

This is also a great recipe to share with your loved ones since it fits some of the dietary preference such as:

  • Low carb

  • Gluten free

  • Keto

  • Grain free

To keep things sweet and low carb I like to use monk fruit, it doesn't have a weird aftertaste and it so easy to use; basically just a substitute 1:1 for sugar. And you can use code PURELYHL for discount on any of Lakanto's orders.

You can expect for this recipe to be soft, moist and a perfect match for your latte. To share with your family while enjoying a movie, to share with your friends and also great for meal prepping!

What I did is that once it was baked and cooled down I sliced this bread, set the slices flat on a plate and freeze them. Once they were hard enough I put them into a plastic bag. That week I was in Mexico City so it was a great way to store them and have them ready once I came back.

Pro tip: heat your oven and roasted a few minutes or air fry it for a couple of minutes and you have a nice crispy bread with a delicious cream cheese filling!

Also, it's important for me to keep steps easy peasy, this recipe is honestly a no brainer and fail proof! And basically mess free, you'll only need a mixing bowl, mixing spoon, a loaf baking dish and your oven!

Easiest stuffed bread

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the apple.

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Pour half of the dough into a loaf baking dish.

  5. Add the slices of cream cheese all over the bread and half of the apples (leave some cream cheese to use as a topping).

  6. Pour the rest of the dough and top with leftover apples and a few pieces os cream cheese.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes.

As you can see this a super easy recipe that anyone can make and enjoy! My family really loved it and I hope you do too! Made with all the love, please don't forget to spread the love and share, pin, save or book mark this recipe.

With love,

Maria
