Serves 4-6


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 ripe mango

  • 2 tablespoons Ceres 100% Mango Juice Blend

  • 2 fresh jalapeños

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • 2 fresh lime halves


Instructions

  1. Rinse the tomatoes, mango, and jalapeños. Dice the tomatoes and mango into chunky pieces, finely chop the jalapeños, and prepare the remaining ingredients.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly. Serve immediately with chips or as a topping for tacos.
