Serves 4
Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of truffle sea salt salt
2 tbsp of Nutiva Liquid Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp of garlic
Garlic Aioli
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of Nutiva Liquid Coconut Oil (Check it out here)
1 tbsp of lime juice
1/2 tsp of chopped dill
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
Optional Toppings
Italian Dried Herbs
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Wash the sweet potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Slice the sweet potato into thin slices and place them in a large bowl.
Add in all the ingredients for the fries and mix until fully coated.
Spread the sweet potato fries in your air fryer and air fry them for 20 minutes at 375F. Shake the basket half way through.
Blend the ingredients for the aioli and serve the fries with it.
Top your fries with Italian dried herbs, black pepper, parmesan cheese.
