These cookies are also gluten free and high protein! The perfect snack and dessert that's also secretly healthy since we are using monk fruit, coconut flour, grass-fed butter, hemp seeds and some dark chocolate.

Black Garlic Chocolate Pistachio Chip Cookies

Serves 12 cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup of hemp seeds

  • 6 scoops of vanilla whey protein

  • 12 packs of stevia or monk fruit

  • 1 of dark keto chocolate bar (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup of pistachios

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp (5g) of baking soda

  • 2/3 cup of black garlic butter (room temperature)


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Measure all your dry ingredients using your scale and place them into a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the wet ingredients, chop the bars and pistachios.

  4. Mix all the ingredients very well and create 12 medium sized cookies.

  5. Bake for 13 minutes, let them cool down and enjoy!

Fiber: 5.9g

Net Carbs (just minus fiber): 4.1g
