Blueberry Peaches & Cream Popsicles (High Protein, Low Carb & Gluten Free)

There's something about white chocolate that instantly makes my tastebuds jump, anyone else or just me? Well, these blueberry peaches and cream popsicles are perfect for this time of the year, these are gluten free, high protein, low carb and extremely easy to make.


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as greek yogurt, keto friendly granola and white chocolate chips, simple ingredients. A great low carb and packed with fiber snack to fuel your body. Delicious, keto friendly and gluten free, high protein creamy popsicles!



About these Blueberry Peaches & Cream Popsicles:

We are showing some love to all my blueberry lovers... a must for the summer! And since we keeping it creamy and high protein we are using some greek yogurt and peach yogurt as well.

But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Rawcogreek yogurtgranola Grain-Free Granola and some Let's Bake Belive white chelate chips that are also low carb. The combination is just irresistible!


Key Ingredients:

Adding some greek yogurt and grass-fed whey protein for our base. I have been also obsessed with the combination of greek yogurt and Rawcology Blueberry Acai Grain-Free Granola, such a great way to add volume without too many calories, overall, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.



Blueberry keto granola and white cholate chips and a delicious creamy yogurt base, the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

The base is made with simple ingredients, greek yogurt and peach sugar-free yogurt, vanilla whey protein and alullose. This combination keep things creamy, low carb, gluten free and flavorful. And of course, white and blueberry keto granola, peach yogurt... simply delicious!

The end result

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the granola here makes the greek yogurt have a great contrast of textures that works perfectly. The granola and white chocolate is just perfect, a combo hard to resist!


Melts in your mouth! It's soft and chewy... plus it's it easy to make!


This was the perfect post workout too since it has plenty of protein, or even as a snack to keep you happy and satisfied. These are perfect for kids and grownups too!



You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Blueberry Peaches & Cream Popsicles

Serves 10 servings


Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups of Rawcology Blueberry Acai Grain-Free Granola

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Grass-Feed Whey Protein

  • 1/3 cup of alullose

  • 1 cup of sugar-free peach yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of Let's Bake Belive melted white chocolate wafers



Method

  1. Mix all the greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, alullose and whey protein.

  2. Add the granola into 10 silicone popsicle molds.

  3. Add the greek yogurt mix.

  4. Top with the peach yogurt, add the sticks and freeze overnight.

  5. Melt carefully the white chocolate and drizzle on top of the popsicles.

  6. Enjoy!
