Here's a fact, cauliflower is probably the most versatile vegetable EVER. Pizza crust, bread, cauliflower rice, cauliflower mash? Well, you get the idea. The options are endless, this is why I love cauliflower so much.
Another cool fact about cauliflower is that it's a cruciferous, these are known to contain high levels of sulfur. This characteristic is known to prevent and improve liver function and, considering that our liver is a busy guy doing over 300 processes we can be sure that getting some cauliflower in our diet can be good for us.
This is a super duper easy recipe that will go perfect for any situation; breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner. Just prepare these for your next hosting event no matter if you've got some friends who follow any of these lifestyles:

Gyro Cauliflower Steak

- 1 cauliflower head
- 1 tbsp of gyro seasoning
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 1tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
1. Preheat the oven at 370F.
2. Slice your cauliflower into 4 steaks.
3. Add the lemon juice and top with the rest of seasonings.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
