This is a simple recipe that it's just so hard to resist... got my boyfriend as testimony, and my own tastebuds!

You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Perfect Keto low carb and gluten free cookies , Nucolato no sugar added chocolate and of course, some cranberries as well.

We are showing some love to all my nutella, cookie and baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some low carb chocolate hazelnut spread from Nucolato and to add some crunch and magic, also some Perfect Keto low carb and gluten free cookies.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cranberry & Cookie Cake

Serves 6-12 servings


For the cake

  • 6 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/3 cup of monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of egg whites

  • 3/4 cup of water or nut milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract



  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the bread and transfer the batter to a silicone baking dish.

  3. Add the toppings.

  4. Bake for 35 minutes, let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
