You only need one bowl, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread... simply amazing and better for you!

We are showing some love to all my nutella, cookie and baking enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some low carb chocolate hazelnut spread from Nucolato and to add more flavor, a layer of peanut butter.

Soft and flavorful! The pie base is moist, soft and flavorful. The chunks of hazelnuts and the chocolate chips on the bread along with the chocolate hazelnut spread and peanut butter filling it's just a great and delicious experience for your tastebuds in a nourishing way.

Chocolate Hazelnut Peanut Butter Pie

Serves 6-12 servings


Ingredients

For the pie

  • 6 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1/4 cup of water

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter flour

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

Chocolate Hazelnut Layer

  • 1/4 cup of Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 1 tbsp of crushed hazelnuts

  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the peanut butter layer and top the pie crust with it once cooled.

  4. Add the chocolate hazelnut spread top with the hazelnuts and the chocolate chips.

  5. Slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
