No matter the season, cereal and strawberries are always a yes in my book! But these delicious no bake bars... in a keto cereal bar that is out of this world! This recipe is also gluten free and extremely easy to make and of course, using all the best ingredients such as Perfect Keto Cinnamon Keto Cereal.
No bake cinnamon strawberries & cream crunch bars! One of the best parts of this recipe is the no bake part... so basically is just mix, pour and refrigerate type of method, extremely easy! But these bars are just the perfect dessert or snack without all those tons of sugars our bodies don't need.

You might want to save this recipe because a second batch might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.
Pro tip: You can also drizzle some melted chocolate to make them even prettier and tastier!

Cinnamon Strawberries & Cream Crunch Bars

Serves 6 servings
1/2 cup of pea protein (used Nuzest- PURELYHL for discount)
1 cup of hot water
3 tbsp of monk fruit
1 tbsp of beef gelatin
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of hot unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of melted low carb white chocolate
2 tbsp of beef gelatin
Mix the ingredients for the base very well and pour into a silicone loaf dish.
Freeze for a couple of minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the filling using an immersion blender or blender.
Top with the cereal and strawberries.
Freeze overnight, cut into 6 pieces and enjoy!
