Easy Keto Sundae Popsicles (Gluten Free)

One thing is for sure, ice cream can be a an "all-year-long" food, but when it comes to warmer days and summer season ice cream is a must! And in this occasion I decided to recreate one of my all time favorites: Sundaes!

Growing up my mom used to take us to DQ and buy us some of their sundaes, and of course we would always be happy to get one of them. From DQ to McDonalds we were all about those bad boys. So why not making my own keto version?!

Keep it things basics!

In this recipe I decided to keep it simple, as simple that everyone will be able to make this recipe. That type of recipe that you only need a blender, that's a double win for me because that also means less mess.

Sundae Popsicles for the win!

I recently got some popsicle silicone molds and you bet that they have been on repeat! You will see coming some fun popsicle recipes coming soon. They are super easy to make and for most of them you only need simple ingredients and kitchen utensils. Take for example my Cereal Cheesecake Popsicles using my favorite low carb cereal, Magic Spoon (use code: PUREYHL for discount).

What are the basic ingredients in a sundae?

If you dive into different recipes you'll find that there are a lot of variations, like a lot! But we can all agree that the classic ingredients include: cherries or berries, chocolate and a nut. In this simple and extremely recipe ala Purely Healthy Living I used some of the following ingredients:

Super basic and super easy to make, don't you think? For the Chocolate Collagen and Whey Protein I used my current obsession, from Smirk because it does taste like Double Fudge Brownie.

The god news is that this protein has collagen, whey protein, doesn't have a weird aftertaste (just like other proteins), it also has MCT and essential minerals. One of the best, well, THE BEST keto protein I ever tasted. Plus, who doesn't love double fudge brownie?

The other good news is that you can also get a discount when you get your Smirk Keto Shake by using code: MARIA_PHL10. You are going to love it, it makes thick and creamy proteins and lattes. Also, you can also try my Marble Chocolate Chips Cookie Skillet to make a delicious cookie with this amazing protein as well.

Okay, so back to this recipe. Easy steps and you'll only need your blender:

  1. Chop your strawberries in little pieces.

  2. Add them into the bottom of each popsicle container.

  3. Add the peanuts.

  4. Blend the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Freeze!

Each popsicle has only 4.7 grams of total carbs and 2.3 grams of fiber. Making net carbs to be 2.4 grams. A winning for my keto friends out there! A easy peasy summer recipe for you to enjoy... all year long ready!

Are you ready to get started on this recipe? Also, don't forget to share, pin, bookmark or share this recipe with your loved ones!

With love,

Maria
