We are showing some love to all my apple and blondies enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some apples, and a of course, cinnamon with a touch of D'vash Date Syrup.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic, and to make it even healthier we are using sugar-free white chocolate chips with some D'vash Date Syrup, some apples and gluten-free flour, of course. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!

Vegan Frosted Apple Cinnamon Blondies

Serves 9 blondies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 1/4 cup of D'vash Date Syrup

  • 1/2 cup of cashew butter

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1 cup of chopped apples

Sugar-Free Glaze

  • 2 cups of powdered monk fruit

  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk

  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. First, mix the dry ingredients for the muffins.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and combine well.

  3. Spread the batter into an 8x8 baking silicone dish.

  4. Bake for 18 minutes, let it cool down.

  5. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the blondies with it.

  6. Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
