Ingredients
For the Onion Mixture:
1/4 yellow onion, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup bone broth
4 tablespoons grated IL Villaggio Grana Padano cheese
For the Cheese Blend:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated IL Villaggio Grana Padano cheese
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 piece skinless roasted salmon
For Topping:
Chopped chives

Instructions
