Ingredients
For Caramelized Onions:
1 whole yellow onion, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup bone broth
4 tbsp onion dip seasoning
For Cheese Blend:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp of miso paste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup unsweetened milk
For Toppings:
1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
Serving:
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the sliced onions for about 5 minutes, until softened. Add bone broth and onion dip seasoning; simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, miso cream cheese, mozzarella, black pepper, garlic powder, and unsweetened milk. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
