1/2 cup pickle juice
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 bags Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Cheddar (crushed)
Instructions
In a skillet, heat shredded chicken with pickle juice, simmering for 5 minutes before setting aside.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, sea salt, black pepper, and ranch dressing seasoning until smooth.
