  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 cup unflavored whey protein (or flour)

  • ½ cup egg whites

  • 1 bag of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Flamin’ Crunch, finely crushed

  • Honey (or sugar-free alternative)

  • Crumbled feta cheese

  • Dried green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
