In this recipe we are using products that stick to whole some and nothing artificial... just simple minimal ingredients. A great dessert or snack option as well! And we are not including sugars, syrups, bleached flours in this recipe. These are just LEGIT AND DELICIOUS.

Gingerbread Caramel Protein Pancakes

Serves (1-2)


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Prozis Protein Caramel Pancake Mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of ginger

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 1/4 cup of water

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup of sugar free vanilla yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds

  • 2 tbsp of low carb chocolate chips

  • Rx sugar keto maple syrup


Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes and cook in a little skillet for 4-5 minutes.

  2. Once all the batter is cooked, serve with toppings and enjoy!
